Tanzanite is a beautiful, rare stone and was only recently discovered in 1967. Normally this stone is often golden to brown, but when heated to 600 degrees Celsius, it transforms into the amazing array of blue, purple and violet colors.
It is believed that Tanzanite stimulates the throat, third eye and crown chakra and unites the mind with intuition and communication. It is considered a stone to assist with any transformations and can help rid one of any bad habits and move into a new, more rewarding phase of life for those who wear it.
